Menu:  Prosciutto Goat Cheese Bite, Fig & Olive Tapenade, Mushroom Crostini, Tomato Basil Caprese Bite with balsamic glaze and Berry Basil Lemon Morsel.  Each paired with the perfect wine selection.
A Semi-Hands-On Class:  Five simple appetizers for a cocktail party, happy hour, preview party, summer deck party, or for a casual gathering of your choice! Easy make-ahead steps to keep the day of stress free. Mixing purchased items and homemade ones to make a symphony of flavors to tantalize your taste buds.  All of this flavor explosion while enjoying the perfect five pours of wine to enhance each bite.  Gain an understanding of depth of flavor, with the ease of preparing a balsamic glaze with your favorite balsamic flavor – pursuing simple tricks for flavor enhancements.  End the evening with a delightful light fruit-filled dessert and a dessert wine.  Included for the evening will be a booklet of recipes and wine guide and a $5 Olive Twist Coupon voucher for future use in-store.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  The class is not refundable, but it is transferable.  If using an Olive Twist gift certificate, you must register in-person at The Olive Twist, gift certificates cannot be used on-line.
