Bringing a little bit of New Orleans north!  This fantastic blend is a proprietary blend of our friend John, of NOLA on 13 (formerly the Rajun' Cajun).  This adds a bit of spice to proteins, and starches.  A true delight to experiment with flavors. 

Twist:  Rub for poultry, fish or meat.  Spicy kick to stir fries or pasta dishes.  Add a little life to dips and spreads and sneak a bit into your chili or add a pinch to soups, stews and great base flavor to build layers of flavor.


Ingredients for each 1 oz packet:

  • Brazilian Blend: garlic, dried chile peppers, paprika, sugar, lime juice powder (maltodextrin, lime juice solids), salt lime peel, onion powder, citric acid.
  • Spanish Blend: Salt, onion, dried chiles, bell pepper, spices, celery, tomato powder, sugar, garlic, paprika, carrots, annatoo seed
  • Black Magic Cajun: Chili pepper, salt, paprika, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, cayenne pepper, other spices.
