Semi-Hands-On Workshop:  Kids are back in school the family schedule is crazy…don’t worry you can still enjoy good food on a tight schedule.  Make a whole meal in one or two pan, helps save on clean-up too!  Discover how easy it is to make a homemade Red French Dressing, that can be stored for use all week.  Cutting corners doesn’t mean you have to give up healthy dinners or taste.  There are some things you can do months in advance like how to make and freeze homemade pesto.  Learn how to make rice and freeze it for a quick meal.  Understanding how to build depth of flavor with additional herbs and spices added at the proper times will make these simple dishes taste like you are a gourmet cook.  Finish of the evening with a simple fruit skillet dessert that the kids or spouse can make while you make the main entrée.

Menu:  Just an average house salad with homemade French Dressing, Pesto Spaghetti squash with sausage, Spanish Beef and Rice Skillet, Simple Berry Skillet Dessert.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For us to keep our classes comfortable, our classes well attended, our food fresh, and our food expense to a minimum, we must impose a cancellation policy.

A two-week notice is required for cancellation of any class.  If you do not cancel by calling 260.436.3866 two-weeks prior, we will expect you to be in attendance on the scheduled date, and we will prepare accordingly.
