Menu:  Brie Bites, Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, Wine Harvest Chicken, Vichyssoise Galette (potato), and Almost Flourless French Chocolate Cake. Wine pairings


Semi-Hands on-class: layering for depth in flavors will gain you new culinary status, combining vegetables with cheese to get a complex but simple salad. Finding how grapes can enhance an entrée to mind blowing flavor fusion. Enjoy a unique way to serve up the age-old boring potato side dish with panache. Finish the night with a decadent chocolate cake. This class will be paired with wine from the experts at Satek Winery
