Garden to table Cooking Class - Auburn -- Saturday, August 25, 2018

Menu: Cucumber and tomato appetizer, garden salad, Summer Zucchini lasagna, and very berry cobbler

Semi-hands on: Enjoy a cool cucumber in place of bread for a yummy appetizer. Find out how to make a salad dressing that taste much better than the store-bought variety. Discuss storage and shelf life of a homemade dressing. Replacing a lasagna noodle with a slice of zucchini provides a nice layer of flavor for your lasagna. End the evening with making your own berry cobbler and bake it an individual mini-skillet. 


Note: This class contains some gluten, dairy, and beef.

For us to keep our classes well attended, and our food fresh, with food expenses to a minimum, we must impose a non-refundable cancellation policy.  The seat is transferable to another person, but cannot be credited or refunded.
