Semi-Hands-On: Start your Italian dinner off right by selecting the quality olive oil for your bread dipping, acquire the skill of knowing the difference between quality fresh olive oil and old rancid olive oil.  Enjoy making the best easy homemade croutons for your Panzanilla Salad.  Try your hand at making homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli’s and learn how to make them in advance and cook them as needed for a quick Italian dinner.  Forget the ice cream learn how to make a rich flavorful cream to serve with your rustic cake.

Menu:  Rustic Bread and olive oil, Homemade Croutons, Panzanilla Salad, Rustic Butternut Squash Ravioli with spinach & sausage, Italian Pear Almond Cake

Note:  This class contains dairy, if you are not opposed to eggs then it can be vegetarian upon request, and if you are gluten free please select a different class, this class is full of gluten.  Please let us know in advance any food allergies.

For us to keep our classes comfortable, our classes well attended, our food fresh, and our food expense to a minimum, we must impose a cancellation policy.

A two-week notice is required for cancellation of any class.  If you do not cancel by calling 260.436.3866 two-weeks prior, we will expect you to be in attendance on the scheduled date, and we will prepare accordingly.
