Juniper Berry Balsamic Vinegar Condimento

Juniper berries are used in northern European and Scandinavian Cuisine.  It adds a clear flavor to meat dishes especially wild bird and game.  Reduced, it makes a great addition to traditional gin!

Notes:  sweet, pleasantly piney, green-fresh with a note of citrus bite

Twist:  combine with any EVOO, Tuscan Herb, Lemon, Dill, Rosemary.  it may also be used with beef, pork, cabbage and sauerkraut dishes
