Make and take Menu: You choose one of the following Turkey Dry Brine blends to mix to take home for your Thanksgiving Turkey.
You choose just one: Traditional Turkey Brine, Spicy Turkey Brine, Cranberry Turkey Brine or Apple Spice Turkey Brine
Make and take hands on-class: It is fun to make fun new brines for our Thanksgiving Turkey. Learn to make a fabulous flavor brine dry mix for this year’s turkey, along with the recipe on how to use the brine. We will supply you with a recipe and the seasonings for the brine you want to make. You will blend your brine to your liking with just the right flavor combination for your Thanksgiving table. You will also receive a sample Thanksgiving recipe book for new creative ideas for this year or next.
Note: You know what allergies you and your family have, so make it with or without an ingredient for your perfect Turkey Brine.
Space is limited. Registration is REQUIRED. All classes are subject to changes in content, cancellation or rescheduling by The Olive Twist. Our cancellation policy is non-negotiable — please see below.

Payment must be made at time of registration.  BECAUSE OF FOOD PREPARATION, ALL CLASS REGISTRATION CLOSES 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.  

For us to keep our classes well attended, and our food fresh, with food expenses to a minimum, we must impose a non-refundable cancellation policy.  The seat is transferable to another person, but cannot be credited or refunded.
