Paris in April Cooking Class - Wednesday, April 11, 2018

Location:  NEW Auburn Location, 203 N Main St, Auburn, Indiana

Menu: Simple Green Salad, Beef Medallions with Mushroom Wine Sauce, Roasted Asparagus, Garlic & Parmesan Potatoes, and Crème Brule with berries

Semi-hands on: Learn to make your own vinaigrette dressing, how to saute the perfect beef medallions, deglazing the pan with wine and sauteing mushrooms in the wine. What types of mushrooms have the best flavor combination with the beef? How to or not to peel asparagus, easy, flavorful potatoes do not take all day to make. Finish the evening with a Crème Brule with fresh berries.

Note: This class can be gluten free, it does contain beef, mushrooms, wine (in the sauce) and dairy.

For us to keep our classes well attended, and our food fresh, with food expenses to a minimum, we must impose a non-refundable cancellation policy.  The seat is transferable to another person, but cannot be credited or refunded.
