Rosemary Olive Oil

A lovely bold flavor of Rosemary, paired with the Chetoui olive. This is an early harvest crush, and is fused with the rosemary from the beginning!

Twist: Use anywhere rosemary may be used. Amazing with any grilled meat -- poultry, pork, or lamb. Spectacular drizzled over sauteed vegetables, including potatoes. May also be used as a finishing oil for soups and braises. A unique touch to eggs and bean dishes. NOTE: Be careful not to over-whelm a dish. Pairs well with Lemon, Oregano, and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar.
