Semi-Hands-On Workshop: Has making your own mayonnaise and ketchup or intimidated you, or did you think it would be too time consuming?   This class will show you a simple recipe that will be a mind blowing flavor! Learn how to take homemade condiment recipe and make your own tartar sauce, aioli and cocktail sauce with a few additional ingredients. No more chemically processed condiments in your fridge, you will not believe how easy it is to make fresh. Simple tricks to making flavored butters and how to preserve them for future gourmet dishes. To top off the day we will show you how to blend your own Ranch Dressing Mix for dressings and dips. Don’t worry you will not go home hungry just making sauces, dips and more…..we will be serving up some food that pairs best with each recipe.

Menu: French fries with Homemade mayonnaise, ketchup, aioli and truffle Parmesan cheese, Shrimp served with your homemade cocktail sauce, Cinnamon Honey Butter Tea Cinnamon Ham Sandwiches, homemade ranch dip with fresh vegetables.

Note: This class contains raw egg, dairy, seafood, red meat & some gluten products. It can be gluten free if you choose not to partake in the ham sandwich, but no substitute will be offered. Please let us know in advance any food allergies.

For us to keep our classes comfortable, our classes well attended, our food fresh, and our food expense to a minimum, we must impose a cancellation policy.

A two-week notice is required for cancellation of any class.  If you do not cancel by calling 260.436.3866 two-weeks prior, we will expect you to be in attendance on the scheduled date, and we will prepare accordingly.
