Menu: Leafy Green salad with pork medallions with a blackberry ginger glaze, slow cooked balsamic pork, pork and beans, and Maple Bacon Cupcakes.


Semi-hands on: Pork can be elegant, simple, or just plain good! Have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cook it once and make several dishes with the left-overs. Bacon isn't just for breakfast anymore, put it on the dinner table for a fabulous dessert.


Note: This class contains pork and gluten, the only dairy is in the cupcake frosting.

For us to keep our classes well attended, and our food fresh, with food expenses to a minimum, we must impose a non-refundable cancellation policy.  The seat is transferable to another person, but cannot be credited or refunded.
