A mid or medium intensity Ultra-Premium extra-virgin olive oil, generally produced from Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, or Coratina olives (but not limited to)
Notes: Mostly a balance of floral, grass and fruity notes. Typically a spike in greenness, and increased pungency – a slight black-peppery sensation when tasting oil solely.
Nuances are muted when paired with vinegar or foods. All of our oils are Ultra-premium to which they qualify for this grade must meeting or exceeding a comprehensive set of Production, Storage, Transportation, Testing, Chemistry, and Organoleptic requirements.
