Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar Condimento

This balsamic has character of rich and sweet natural black cherry combined with aged style balsamic vinegar to produce a sweet, fragrant and very rich tasting dishes.

Notes: Rich and sweet natural black cherry flavor.

Twist: Ideal accompaniment to salads that feature cheeses, especially tarter feta, goat and blue varieties. It will pair with all of our EVOOs, but will shine with the lighter varieties such as our orange and lemon olive oils. Pairs nicely with pork and chicken. Use as flavoring in water and carbonated drinks.
