Champagne Wine Vinegar

Champagne vinegar is processed the same basic way that white and apple cider vinegars are developed.    This product is produced with the same grapes as high-end Champagnes of the regions in France.  This product forgoes the pasteurization process unlike other Champagne vinegars in the market, thus making it  a raw food.

NOTES:  Light and delicate vinegar, with a tart kick and depth of sparkling white French Champagne.

TWIST:  Elegant choice to dress salads or vegetables as vinaigrette or sauce.  It is also a delicious addition to mayonnaise.  A splash of acidity to tomato sauces and soups, brightens the dish.  Stands alone, or pairs nicely with fruity balsamic vinegars.
