Gourmet Bistro Class

Join us for a semi-hands-on cooking class with a bistro inspired menu.  Starting the evening with freshly baked bread and olive oil.  We will take the opportunity to share a little bit about Extra-virgin Olive Oil.  Next learn a few tips of successfully preparing no fail Twisted Deviled eggs.  A refreshing spring Strawberry Spinach salad with a make-your-own dressing – just see how easy it really is!  Getting to the fulfilling entree that embraces the roots of a bistro food.  The Gouda Mashed Potatoes and Maple meatloaf have a wonderful flavor spin on a traditional dishes.  Along this bistro journey you'll gain presentation ideas of plating your meals to visually wow your family and friends.  Finish the evening with both a visually and tantalizing Lemon Berry Trifle served with 9^th Street coffee.   The evening's beverages will also include an assortment of tea.  (served hot or cold)
