Harissa Olive Oil

This oil is most popular in North African and Middle Eastern cuisine. The unique process of pounding the ingredients into a paste and allowing it to develop the flavors for at least 12 hours provides this oil with some of its intensity.

Notes: Slightly smoky chile peppers with a mild garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin accent

Twist: Add to couscous, stews, soups and enchiladas. A great finishing oil to add a splash of flavor or heat to a dish.
