A Mild Ultra-Premium extra-virgin olive oil, generally produced from Arbosana, Arbequina, Nocellara, Chiquitata or Koroneiki olives.
Notes: typically a delicate balance of floral, grass and fruity notes. Many times the mouth feel will be creamy and have an incredible fresh nose.
