Peppercorn, Pink

Pink Peppercorns add a unique, feisty flavor all their own, full of mildly spicy, fruity flavors with slight floral tones. Substitute them for some (or even all) of the black pepper in a recipe to add extra dimension.

  • Add whole, crushed or ground to recipes in place of pepper
  • Use to create sauces, marinades, and vinaigrettes
  • Roll pork tenderloin or filet mignon in coarsely ground Pink Peppercorns before roasting or grilling for a crust as stunningly pretty as it is flavorful
