Orange Olive Oil

This oil is beautifully fused olive oil; a citrus agrumato – a combination of whole fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. This oil is exceedingly versatile; can be used for baking breads and desserts, a marinade for seafood, chicken, beef, or pork, and on salads and vegetables.

Notes: smooth flavor of orange citrus.

Twist:  White Balsamic vinegars that pair nicely are Cranberry Pear, Lemongrass Mint, Honey Ginger, Pomegranate-Quince, and Cara-Cara Vanilla.  Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Napolitan Herb, Raspberry (or any dark berry) are Dark Balsamic Vinegars that blend nicely with this oil.
