Pinot Vinegar

Though the word vinegar is derived from the French to mean sour. this Vinegar is a stellar example!  A common staple in Mediterranean cuisine, this vinegar displays the best of the best.

NOTE:  A classic vinegar flavor of wood and spice, this ruby red pinot noir is robust and rich.  Suggestive of red fruits and a nose of strawberry and rhubarb.  

TWIST:  Amazing addition to vinaigrette, pickling sauces and marinades.  Excellent addition to soups, stews, duck and lamb dishes.  Pairs superbly with Harissa Olive Oil, Persian lime, and in any dish that calls for red wine vinegar.
