Berry Basil Gin Fizz

2 fresh strawberries, halved

3 fresh raspberries

3 fresh blackberries

1 Tbsp wild raspberry balsamic

1 to 2 oz gin

Sparkling water to fill glass

In a tall glass muddle the berries with fresh basil leaves, add balsamic and gin and give a stir. Pour over ice and add sparkling water to fill glass. Garnish with fresh berries and basil.
